Social media companies are running roughshod with the US Constitution.
How are they even allowed to get away with this?

If you are banned on any platform in the US your treatment is worse and harsher than in the court system for actually committing a crime!

Even the banks are banning people from commerce, HOW IS THAT EVEN LEGAL?
Social Media and Banks are convicting you of thinking.
HOW DARE YOU!

You slime-bags conniving thieving scum-buckets in Congress need to get off your ass and reaffirm what the SCOTUS has stated. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS HATE SPEECH – ALL SPEECH IS FREE, because it is subjective.

Yes, but not in my home. This is true, but then so is the fact that social media has a monopoly and that’s not allowed in the Constitution. Either break up these big tech companies or force them to allow what the Constitution guarantees. Free Speech.

Here’s a bit of sick irony:
A few days after I wrote the above I discovered I was banned FOREVER on Youtube and Google.

All my e-mails gone, my videos, well, I have those backed up, mostly bits and clips. Here’s the part that is now destroying my life. They said I was put down for “Hate Speech” How about the irony, eh? Me, hate speech, does it get any more bizarre than that? Not to mention what the hell is hate speech? Here’s a double dose of irony, they won’t tell me what I said or did to get that scarlet letter. I hadn’t even been logged on in months and in the last 12 years never once got a strike or a warning.

So let’s reason this crap out:
If I have a YT channel about spiders and you are deathly afraid of spiders is that hate speech towards you? Am I out to get you? Do I declare it out loud I hope you watch my channel with spiders and it kills you out of shock and fear? No, you simply do not watch my channel on spiders. This is ridiculous and that is what their idea of hate speech is, ridiculous. See the SCOTUS rulings above and over and over on this issue.

The one thing speech is, it’s political, all speech is political. Mull it over a bit, it’ll makes sense. Banning political speech IS pure censorship.

If I threaten your life or physically cause you harm those are both CRIMES. Both punishable by US law in every US state. Someone does any of that YOU CALL THE POLICE!

What did I say or do? I am the accused, tell me! So far nothing from Google or Youtube. No court, no jury, no trail, no lawyer appointed to represent me. The sentence, banned for life. No way back into a company that occupies 80+% of the market. I wonder, are we now living in the 1950s USSR?

It seem that Google now has more power than the Federal Government. Your civil rights don’t matter and if you don’t have the money to fight them in court you are just SOL and cut off from the worlds largest conversational platform. A Monopoly many would argue.

Further, A foreign company colluding against the American People with other social media outfits and banks is illegal in the US, but that’s what they are doing and Congress and Trump say nothing. Because they are afraid of Google’s power. What do they have on these politicians? Leave Google alone and they will leave you alone. This isn’t our government, this is a group of people representing only Google and like corporations.

Why even bother any more?

Here’s the devastating part for me, if they do not remove this scarlet letter from my back I will probably lose my job and end up homeless. Over what? Something I did or didn’t say? Maybe I was hacked? I wouldn’t know they took away access to my G-mail. They also made it clear; sounded like a threat tho, NOT to create a new account or use any other existing accounts.

How is any of this happening to me possible, not to mention how is this legal in the USA?

Frustrated, depressed, completely and utterly devastated. Tired from thinking and talking about this. Can’t even sleep. “What was it? What cause this? Was it this or that? Was I hacked? What else dose the hacker have access to?” The craziness Google has caused is nothing short of abuse.

Youtube is a platform for creative content and speech, they have gone beyond this, while not being held responsible for anything bad by their users THEY do bad things. Now they run the country and decide how you should think, what you should think and if you don’t you are exiled in your own country.

With no recompense, no communication, no way to ever fix this I am now treated and regarded like a murderer in Google JAIL, banned forever from engaging with others citizens, politicians and bushinesses FOR LIFE. So what’s the difference? They manage 80% to 90% of the world stage. I have to ask then, who’s really the bully and full of hate or worse, indifference to the American People here?

Everything they pretend to stand for is a lie. As Illian Osama said, it’s all about the Benjamins Baby. And as Deep Throat said to Bob Woodward, follow the money, and I’ll add, and the power over all others.

This company and their draconian policies and horrible work ethic makes me hate life, I no longer feel the US even exists as a nation anymore. I feel sorry for our future as our fathers who fought and died for this nation roll in their graves.

Well You Tube, Google Alphabet, you won, you succeeded in beating the shit out of me for whatever it is I did or didn’t say.

Finally, the triple irony is, their tactics will probably push the people they ban closer together, but maybe that’s what they want, to be a radicalizing agent. Their methods and business ethics sure do demonstrate that.
