    I saw a report this past year where a doctor running experiments at a university accidentally started breaking down water as a result of microwave irradiation in the lab while working on medical trials. Older reports are full of cautions about the dangers of open discussion. Common Dreams has had an article on “The Water Car” for some time and I ran across an infosite while searching around that question.     yeah, lot of good stuff out there! It’s only a matter of time and money! If Exxon owned the Sun we’d have solar everything yesterday.
