More to the point, will Scotland’s Independence give Americans some big ideas?
Scotland 300+ years tied to the Union Jack.
US 200+ years free of Great Briton.
Scotland wants out of the wars.
US wants endless wars.
Scotland wants nukes out of their country.
US wants to build and sell more WMD.
Scotland wants to share in the common wealth of her nation’s natural resources.
US wants to sell more of her natural recourses to private corporations.
Scotland wants to become a leader in eco-friendly energy.
US wants to frack and pipe oilsand down the middle of their bread basket.
Scotland will hold banks accountable.
US not only lets the banks get away with crookery they pay them $85 Billion a month to stay dishonest.
help me add more in the comment…
Is it time for the American People to look closely at the 10th Amendment and think about a smaller more manageable, more honest, more ‘We The People’ type of governments?
When John Adams first said, “My country” he was talking about the country of Massachusetts.
Thomas Jefferson said, “If any State in the Union will declare that it prefers separation with the first alternative, to a continuance in union without it, I have no hesitation in saying, ‘let us separate’. I would rather the States should withdraw, which are for unlimited commerce and war, and confederate with those alone which are for peace and agriculture.”
Is this what Scotland is doing?
