The No Brainer
Flat Store Health Care – How to Screw the Consumer
Private Insurance wants you to pay 35% of every dollar you spend on health care – that’s more than Las Vegas is allowed to take for gambling and the people screaming “Socialism- No Public Option” are the one who will pay the most. They are the Tools for Private Insurance Companies and theones who will defiantly get screwed.
Americans Are Such Tools Pt 1
The Private Health Care and Oil Industry stack the deck with employees to oppose reform that benefits the American People.
A Response To The Anonymous Obama Adviser
RE: Washington Post –
The Ill-informed Anonymous Obama Adviser said,
“”I don’t understand why the left of the left has decided that this is their Waterloo,” said a senior White House adviser, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. “We’ve gotten to this point where health care on the left is determined by the breadth of the public option. I don’t understand how that has become the measure of whether what we achieve is health-care reform.”
“It’s a mystifying thing,” he added. “We’re forgetting why we are in this.” “
And what exactly do you think we are forgetting?
Certainly not this
In 2003, Barack Obama Said He Was For Single Payer.
Q: What would it take to get single payer enacted?
A: “I happen to be a proponent of a single payer universal health care program.” (applause) “I see no reason why the United States of America, the wealthiest country in the history of the world, spending 14 percent of its Gross National Product on health care cannot provide basic health insurance to everybody. And that”s what Jim is talking about when he says everybody in, nobody out. A single payer health care plan, a universal health care plan. And that’s what I”d like to see. But as all of you know, we may not get there immediately. Because first we have to take back the White House, we have to take back the Senate, and we have to take back the House.”
To this “Anonymous” Adviser
Do you sir or madam really think after 8 years of George Bush Progressives will just roll over like the Democrats in Congress under his Administration and stop watching because Obama is in the White House?
I’ll say it again and again it’s a matter of trust.
Work on restoring that first.
Are Progressive’s angry, decidedly yes. When one loses trust in their government it’s natural to feel disappointed and angry, that’s basic psy101. It’s also expected that when one is given promises and works hard to do their part to make way for those promises to happen they expect delivery on what was promised; a man’s word is his bond. When they see those promises eroding from the war, to telecom immunity, to the banks trust again becomes an issue. Further, when an ill-advised adviser and their ilk don’t get that we are doing our Civic Duty by holding This presidents feet to the fire any thinking Patriotic American would find that disrespectful and would begin to question the sincerity and honesty of comment above, so don’t pretend you didn’t know and please don’t think you can take us for granted, Again.
I know, after years of rolling over it’s a little shocking at first to be confronted by a group of steely-eyed folk who know what they want and know how to get it, but don’t be surprised. Because of the internet we can know history in the wink of an eye, we know our parents and grandparents waited 50 years for this moment and we know they rolled over and over for the promises made by your party always unfulfilled, we know they worked hard and every time received nothing in return, but Not This Time.
And don’t pull the republican “Waterloo” slam on us – that’s just despicable and shame on you from dragging that poor euphemism into the public discourse, it’s not even imaginative; no wonder you wished to remain anonymous.
Anyways, so’s here’s the deal, no more broken promises because you know with this horrible economy (thanks to both the GOP and DNC), and these wars, and the job losses, and needless housing foreclosures resulting in tent cities, family disruptions and bankruptcy, the 47 Million living on the edge with no health care, the corrupt banks, and the crooks on Wall Street we want the Single Payer Public Option.
Face it, it’s all you have left to offer if you want to keep the power. You need to stand up and get serious.
After years and years of filling your own coffers do you really, really want to forgo the
oncoming general strike that is leering over the nation, and it won’t be just about health care either.
Let’s be real, we all know this is something no Administration wants, but it’s certainly where we are headed… Let me put it to you this way, the most dangerous man is a man who has nothing left to lose.
This health care bill, this public option is the Oligarchy’s last chip.
Play it well.
To the GOP and Libertarians Who Are Against the Public Option
There are two real problems here and I don’t think we will be able to resolve them any time soon, but you need to understand what they are and most of all focus on the proper battle that needs to be fought.
1. The Federal Reserve, Big Banks and their corporate controlling influences in the current Government and on Wall Street. Please read the Goldman Sachs Computer Code – BTW, Front Running is illegal in the US, this is a good place to start a fight. – Also US-Indentured Slavery – many links and videos to tons of information.
2. Americans hating Americans – until we can start liking each other again not much will change – we are being purposely divided by the upper escutcheon in American Society, those who care little for borders and only for money and power they can greedily secure. The antipathy between us has been manufactured and it’s purpose is to divide and conquer. Know who is feeding this animosity, defy them by uniting or divide the nation by secession.
These are two very real problems and I’m sorry to say I don’t think they will be resolved any time soon.
Single Payer, The Public Option, Health Care is a drop in the bucket and until we pull together as a nation, as “We The People…” it’s all we can expect in return, think of it right now as a Christian or Humanitarian Act.
Do you remember the $350 rebate Bush doled out in 2001?
Most republicans back then said they would take whatever they could get back from the IRS. Health Care is what we are willing to take with this president. Granted, it’s a bit more than the one time $350 deal most folks received back then, but it barely breaks even on the tax cuts the Undeclared Wealthy “play both sides” Party got in return for your measly cut. It wasn’t through the socialist wealthy elite’s honest hard work, efforts or risk, it was though influence, lies and legalities.
Maybe you don’t think those who have prospered greatly in this nation regardless of methods owes it a damn thing. It’s easy for me to say, “Well, that sucks for you! and you just hate America and Americans,” because let’s face it, it is the honest hard working people who helped make all that you have possible, including your life and liberty – whether it’s through taxation, security, discovery or creativity you don’t get to pick and choose who lives well and who survives because if you do that leads down the road to poor quality of life and right to the door of extermination and perhaps someday you will be on that particular list in the future. Stay the mind for a moment of Ebenezer Scrooge.
That said, let me preface, I like Dr Paul, I like his POV, but as long as the crooks on Wall Street are still in business and the American People can not unite as one I just don’t see what he dreams and expects flourishing any time soon.
We are dealing with tyrants and at this point, in these historical time there’s only two ways to deal with them, submit or kill them.
Unless you are the patriot on the tree of liberty I don’t think Americans want to kill anyone.
So chill, fight the good fight and pick your battle carefully, focus and let me assure you the enemy is not those who are dying and suffering for lack of health care.
Who knows, perhaps one day their gratitude for good health may serve to cover your back under that tree of liberty.
